June 19, 2026 – Shenzhen, China – Meross MS600 Gains Traction in Smart Home Market
Meross has announced that its MS600 Smart Presence Sensor has become the company’s best-selling smart home device, with over 100,000 units sold since its January 2026 launch. The sensor combines 24 GHz mmWave radar with PIR motion detection, enabling detection of both motion and stationary presence.
The MS600 features a 12-meter motion detection range, 6-meter presence detection radius, and 360° rotation with 180° tilt. It supports Matter, allowing integration with Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Samsung SmartThings.
“The MS600 fills a gap in the market,” said a Meross spokesperson. “Traditional PIR sensors cannot detect stationary people. The MS600 solves this with mmWave radar while maintaining privacy.”
User reviews highlight the sensor’s ability to keep lights on while seated at a desk and to detect sleep presence for automation. The sensor is priced at $39.99 and is available through Amazon and Meross website.
Meross plans to release a battery-powered version of the MS600 later in 2026.
