January 27, 2026 – Panasonic Industry to Demonstrate Latest PIR Technology at embedded world
Panasonic Industry Europe has announced that it will showcase its latest product solutions for IoT, industrial automation, smart home and building, and motion sensing at embedded world 2026, taking place March 10-12 in Nuremberg, Germany, at booth 4A-103.
One of the highlights will be the Flat Wide Detection Type PaPIRs+ motion sensor, featuring a sleek, discreet flat lens that seamlessly integrates into aesthetically demanding applications. The sensor offers a wide field of view of 136.4° × 135.4°, representing a significant advancement in PIR sensor technology.
Additional products on display will include:
- Grid-EYE thermopile sensor with far-infrared sensitivity-enhancement technology
- Low-cost PAN W602 – Wi-Fi 6 & Bluetooth 5.4 module
- PAN B611 – Bluetooth 6 & 802.15.4 module for Matter certification
- Amorton solar cells for energy harvesting applications
- Panasonic Energy batteries for wide thermal range operation
Panasonic will also host panel talks at the Forum in Hall 3A, including “Future of Smart Home: Panasonic Industry’s Vision to Democratize Matter” on March 10 and “Manufacturing Matter Devices: Expert Panel on Risks, Roadblocks & Real-World Solutions” on March 11.
